Securing a high-performing engineering team
Challenge
Optalysys received significant funding in 2023 to grow their business, improve the efficiency of FHE algorithms and to create new applications for their technology. IC Resources was initially engaged to support with the search of a key strategic senior engineering hire, with a view to scaling the team to include a Digital Lead, a Verification Lead, an Analog Lead and Programme Management.
Solution and Result
We spent time understanding Optalysys business and unique culture, and with regular calls and visits and providing added value through insights, market analysis and salary benchmarking, we have grown the relationship organically. We have since placed 18 permanent and contract candidates in key roles for the business and continue to be their go-to recruitment partner for software and hardware engineering roles.
