Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer

A leading automotive technology company, is looking for a Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer to take a technical leadership role in their Dublin team. This role focuses on driving digital IP design strategy, methodologies, and innovation for high-speed and low-power applications.

As a Principal Digital Design Engineer, you will:

• Lead digital IP design processes, methodology, and automation
• Shape strategy, coach teams, and drive innovation across projects
• Solve complex technical challenges and influence design decisions across the organisation

We’re seeking someone with:

• Strong experience in digital IP design and SoC implementation flows
• Expertise in high-speed and low-power digital designs
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence across teams
• Knowledge of Analog IP integration is a plus
