Steph joined IC Resources with a strong commercial background gained across various recruitment and sales roles and brings a practical, results-focused approach to her work.

At IC Resources, Steph works in the Semiconductor team, with a focus on ASIC and Verification. She enjoys building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process in this highly specialised sector.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, reading psychology and personal development books, shopping and trying new food spots. Oh and she’s bilingual in Hungarian!
