Ane Bauer

Ane joined IC Resources in October 2015 to look after permanent recruitment for RF and Analog Mixed Signal IC Design in the DACh region and Analog and RF IC Layout across the EU. She now looks after Analog Mixed Signal and Digital IC Design and Verification in the DACh region.

Originally from Dresden in Germany, Ane moved to UK in 2005 with the intention to make the UK her new home. Luckily for us, she’s been here ever since!Using her knowledge of the German market and her previous experience of customer support for a large software company, she helps clients and candidates alike to grow their teams, their careers and in some cases move their families to a new country.

In her spare time, Ane enjoys reading, gardening, music, dance and Yoga.
